Member dues are now $100 per year.   To cover the costs of recent restoration efforts, the Lindenwood Homes Association has raised the suggested annual dues to $100.  For 25 years, the recommended donation was $40, with $80 for additional contributions, but this year’s projects have significantly depleted our cash reserves.  Contributions support gate maintenance, common area maintenance, disaster preparedness, newsletters and the Annual Meeting.  Thank you for your support!
