Lindenwood is a residential neighborhood located in the Town of Atherton, California, on the San Francisco Peninsula roughly 30 miles south of San Francisco and 20 miles north of San Jose. We are fortunate to live in one of the most beautiful suburban areas with one of the mildest climates in the world!

2024 LHA Block Party & Annual Meeting

2024 LHA Party: The LHA annual meeting and block party was held on September 8th from 3pm-5pm at the Mosswood Way cul de sac in Lindenwood. Stay tuned for a “save the date” for next year’s meeting. See the Activities and Events section of the website under Community for more details.

2024 Membership & Dues

The Lindenwood Homes Association operates on a calendar year basis. As such, we begin requesting dues for the current calendar year when we send out the January newsletter. Your dues cover gardeners and water bills for the Lindenwood common areas, maintenance of the four Lindenwood entrance gates and other historic artifacts, organization of our disaster preparedness program, this website, and our Annual Meeting/Party. All Lindenwood residents should already have received dues remittance envelopes by mail with our newsletters. You can also pay dues online by clicking here. Thank you for your support!
