Regular member dues are still only $40 per year, as they have been for the past 10 years! However, expenses for common area gardeners, irrigation, and artifact maintenance, and for disaster preparedness, and other services continue to increase. Therefore, we are offering the option of “Supporting” memberships at $80 per year for those who want to provide a higher level of support to your Homes Association. In either case, thank you for your support!
